At ThemeWorks Bundled Boxes, each product is thoughtfully curated and packaged with care Due to the nature of our specialty inspired bundles, we maintain a strict policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
ThemeWorks Bundled Boxes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fradulent activity.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:
*You have reviewed and understand our product descriptions, pricing and shipping timelines.
*You acknowledge and accept that all sales are final once the order has shipped.
*You accept responsibility for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
*You have read the product description safety notice where it states that our bundles may include small items such as paper clips, charms, enamel pins, keychains, etc. These are not toys and may pose a choking hazard. Please handle with care and keep away from young children.
We are not liable for:
*Packages delayed by the carrier service.
*Once a package is marked as deliverd by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. ThemeWorks Bundled Boxes is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
*Technical errors in payment processing caused by credit card merchant.
All content on this site is provided for general information only. We make every effort to ensure our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
All SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except for items that arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, including changes of mind, incorrect product selected, or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
Exception: Order Issues or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or you recieve the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require it for insurance purposes.
Each situation will be accessed on a case-by-case basis and, where appropiate, offer a store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
